
Born in Britain in 1884, my grandmother
created a shortbread that would become an heirloom
passed down four generations. When my son Barry and I immigrated
to this country, along with us came
the treasured family recipe. The fresh baked shortbread was an
enormous hit with our new American
friends. It was their encouragement that inspired us to market
it. Now my family offers shortbread of
the highest quality baked fresh in America, eliminating the need
to import from Britain.
